Granitewell is an online service. Important notices and records relating to your account may be provided electronically.

By separately accepting this Electronic Communications Consent, you agree that Granitewell may provide records electronically, including:

• these Terms and updates;
• our Privacy Policy and privacy notices;
• subscription and billing disclosures;
• payment confirmations;
• renewal notices;
• promotional-period notices;
• price-change notices;
• cancellation confirmations;
• security notices; and
• other account notices that may legally be provided electronically.

We may send them by email, through Granitewell, or through another electronic method allowed by law.

Paper Copies

You may ask for a paper copy of a legally required consumer notice by emailing support@granitewellfinancial.com.

We will not charge you for a reasonable request for a paper copy.

Keep Your Email Current

You are responsible for keeping the email address connected to your Granitewell account current.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic records by contacting support@granitewellfinancial.com.

Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect records already provided electronically.

Because Granitewell is an online service, withdrawing electronic consent may mean we cannot continue automatically renewing your subscription. If so, we may allow your current paid term to end rather than renew it.

We will not charge you simply for withdrawing electronic consent.

What You Need

To receive and keep electronic records, you need:

• internet access;
• a computer, smartphone, or similar device;
• a current web browser;
• a working email account; and
• the ability to view, save, or print ordinary web pages and PDF files.

By accepting this consent electronically, you confirm that you can access this disclosure and electronic records in the format provided.
